Thanks for your great selection at the tournament. My friends wondered where I was, but I was floating around from one pavilion to another. The acid buzz colored Adidas warm up jacket was the highlight of my shopping spree. Hope you guys come up next year.

@Vicky. Taping in the ab region helps with pulled ab muscles.
@Raj. Yes, in the booklet, it addresses taping for many lower back ailments. The taping assists in reducing acute or chronic muscle spasms, edema and general pain.
@ Suzanna. Thanks for the post! Seems like you are a seasoned Kinesio Tape user. What types of pain have you tried the tape on?

Kinesio taping has been known for over 10 years. I've been using it for maybe 5 years, and lately, as we can all see, almost every pro athlete is using it. It is no placebo, or miracle... or Matrix, how Jason explains it, lol... There's a scientific explanation how it works and it's based on kinesiology. That's where the name comes from. Too much to write here how it works, but I wrote a little article, where you can find more details.

One can use it for so many different issues in the body, but it should be applied with knowledge, to get the best benefits.

Here is the article, if interested to read more:
